I moved to Headcorn in 2021, with family living in surrounding villages and Maidstone.
Straight out of school I trained as a nursery nurse and spent 6 years working predominantly with babies. After having my first child at 21, I worked within retail at a management level. Then my second child came along and I switched to hospitality to spend more time at home. I was fortunate enough to start working within the Village at our local Costa Coffee and am still there now. This is when I really began to experience our sense of community and just how important it is for our parish council to reflect our diverse community.
With young children, I feel passionately about the opportunities and facilities in Headcorn for families. Children are our future ! Therefore, this should be reflected in our little village.
This is why I became a Councillor.
